We are currently working on an AI chess game. It can be found in the Main menu. Currently it is playable and learns from each completed game. The learning process is very slow so the more games played the better it will become. We will be adding more features to it as we can. These include highlighting where a selected piece can legally move, showing where the computer moved, a list of moves made, drag and drop, as well as better handling of an illegal moves. Once we implement the highlighting legal moves for selected piece the illegal moves won't be possible. This will handle the need for any other improvements in that area. We may be adding a help feature, this will show pieces that can legally be moved. As a side note we plan on adding more games later.
UPDATE: 07/21/2024 We fixed several bugs. unfortunately, these bugs corrupted the database, forcing us to reset it. On the positive side, we have started improving the interface and adding a list of the moves made so far.
